Tay’s Homemade Crockpot Chili

Cook Time: 4 hours
Total Time: 4 hrs 15 mins

Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef
1 tsp onion salt
3 cans chili beans
2 cans Ro*Tel
1/4 cup chili powder
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 cup water
2- 4 tbsp cumin
Instructions
Cook ground beef and onion salt on stovetop until there is no pink. (Medium Heat)
Tips:
You do not need to drain, unless you prefer too.
Put ground beef into crockpot right when finished cooking.
2. Stir in chili beans, Ro*Tel, tomato sauce, cumin, chili powder, and 1 cup of water.
Tips:
Stir ingredients well.
If you are a fan of cumin or chili powder you can always add extra after slow cooked for at least an hour.
3. Turn crockpot on low for 4-8 hours , or 3-4 hours on high. Depends on how fast you are needing the chili done.
Tips:
Stir every 30 min- hour if possible.
Add cheese, sour cream and crackers for extra flavor!
